Mmoexp Path of exile currency: Copper Citadel
Iron Citadel: Count Geonor (Act 1 boss). Should appear as a large city with black walls.
Copper Citadel: Jamanra, The Abomination (Act 2 boss). Looks like a large encampment circling the map node.
Stone Citadel: Doryani (Act 3 boss). Resembles a stone pyramid, similar to the ziggurats in Act 3.
When you find Citadels, PoE 2 players must use a Waystone of at least Tier 15 to Path of exile currency travel to its map node and activate the Citadel. Then, like other Maps, you only have one chance to get through the map and defeat the boss without dying.
These areas are worth going out of your way for not just for the Crisis Fragments, but also for the chance to get extremely good loot from these bosses. Once completed, you cannot re-run a Citadel. Your only option is to route through the Atlas to buy POE orbs find another one.
